Payment, Refund, and Warranty Policies

Payment

Payment on all invoices is due in full within 7 days of the date on the invoice.

 

Compensation for IvanExpert's services is independent of the success or value of work as perceived by you, the client. IvanExpert is the sole arbiter of the number of hours of work to be invoiced, or of the project fee to be invoiced.

 

Due to the detailed nature of the work, any invoice or service disputes must be raised with IvanExpert within 7 days of the invoice date. Disputes must be initiated by email or postal mail.

 

Refund

IvanExpert is the sole arbiter of whether a refund is due to you. Refunds on services performed will not be issued via credit card; all refunds will be issued via check or via service credit, at IvanExpert's discretion.

 

Warranty

IvanExpert's services are not under warranty. Any hardware or software purchased by IvanExpert on your behalf may carry its own warranty.
