Our home Mac backup and monitoring plan is designed to protect your data, including your documents and photos, from disasters such as hard drive failure, computer malfunction, theft, fire, and flood.

 

Our plan includes:

• Continuous onsite and offsite (cloud) backup
• Automated monitoring of backups and Mac health

We take privacy very seriously. Our monitoring does not include looking at your emails, your personal documents or files, your photos, or the websites you have visited.

 

If our monitoring finds an issue with your Mac, we will notify you and set up an appointment to resolve the issue either remotely or in person.
