Our small business Mac backup and monitoring plan is designed to protect all company data, including spreadsheets and other financial documents, from disasters such as hard drive failure, computer malfunction, theft, fire, and flood.

 

Our plan includes:

  • Continuous onsite and offsite (cloud) backup of all Mac laptops and desktops
  • Continuous onsite and offsite backup of a Mac server
  • Automated monitoring of backups and Mac health for all Macs

We take privacy very seriously. Our monitoring does not include looking at company emails, documents, files, or the websites employees have visited.

 

If our monitoring finds an issue with the Mac server or any Mac workstation, we will notify you and set up an appointment to resolve the problem either remotely or in person.
