Setup of Google Apps Account for Business EmailAre you still using an AOL, Yahoo, or Google email address for your company email? We can set up custom email addresses for you and your employees with Google Apps. And we can set up your iPhone, BlackBerry, or Android phone to send and receive company email and sync with your Google contacts and calendar.
• We will register a new domain name (for example, yourcompany.com) and set it up for Google mail. If you already own a domain, we will set it up with Google mail. • We will set up 1-10 different email addresses at Gmail, using your domain name (for example, john@yourcompany.com, mary@yourcompany.com, etc.) • We will set up Calendar, Contacts, and Google Docs on your Google Apps account. • Over the phone, we will walk you through the setup of one iPhone or BlackBerry or Android phone, to sync it with your Gmail account.You’ll be able to send and receive email and access your contacts and calendar. (We can set up additional smartphones for an additional fee.)
We charge $500 for our services to set up all the above. If we need to register a new domain for you, Google charges $10/year (through GoDaddy).
• The domain name you want to purchase, or the login information for your domain host if you already own a domain. To see if a domain name is available, go to http://www.whois.net and enter a name into the box marked “Domain Lookup.” Don’t forget that you can choose .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, or .us at the end of your domain name. • The list of up to 10 email addresses you want set up at your domain name. • If you are buying a new domain name we need credit card information, which we will ONLY use to register it with Google; we do not keep your number on file. • Payment. We accept payment via PayPal (if you want to pay with a credit card or PayPal account) or check. By PayPal: Just let us know, and we’ll have PayPal send you an email with instructions.
